Which server would you recommend to me or which of these two servers do you have better experience with?
My goal is I only want to pay 30-40€ a month and I want my Minecraft server to have its own IP address, for example: Banane.net
Does anyone have an idea?

Banane.net is not an IP address, but a domain. You need to get it separately and I wouldn’t get a MC server but just n root server.
