Minecraft Bedrock has stopped downloading. What should I do?

I can't seem to download anything anymore (add-ons, mods, skins).

My father recommended I ask around. I've had this problem for several months now and I also have 140 worlds. Now I only have 100. Is that too much for the storage? Our internet is also very bad. But it was like that even when we still had good WiFi. The problem is that I have about 150 euros in my account, and it's really tough to lose all that. If I uninstall Minecraft, I get my Minecoins back, but limited maps that you only get on New Year's Eve, for example, are gone, and those are my favorite mods. What should I do? HELP!
