Minderjähriger verhaftet in den Niederlanden folgen?
Ich wurde vor ein paar Tagen in den Niederlanden wegen einem Messer verhaftet, welches ich in einer Tasche hatte. Ich wurde in einem Club durchsucht und dort fand man dieses. Auf der Wache wurde ich durchsucht und hatte zudem 2 Gramm Cannabis dabei. Ich wurde nach einer Stunde entlassen und mir wurde gesagt das ich eine Geldstrafe erhalten werde. Nun meine Frage wie lange dauert es bis ich diesen Geldstrafenbescheid erhalte und ob es was ändert, dass die Polizisten dachten ich wäre volljährig, obwohl noch minderjährig bin. Sie haben mein Geburtsdatum gesehen aber nie gefragt wie alt ich bin, wahrscheinlich weil ich um 2 Uhr Morgens noch in einem Club war.

It won’t be that bad. Why would they ask for your age if it’s in the ID? That you were in the club is not a problem, but alcohol and cannabis are only allowed from 18 onwards.

at least one year is not criminal. for the “rounding” of the package of illegal things, you could simply have insulted the politicists as “bullesch*eine”.
