What is the German norm for nutrition?

I always track my calories I only consume fats in the form of (olive oil, fish, nuts, eggs, etc.) Carbohydrates (buckwheat, oatmeal, potatoes, rice) Proteins (eggs, meat, fish, curd, etc.) I don't eat anything processed, and I don't touch alcohol. I also don't eat sweets. Am I still the norm?
What is this diet called?
I couldn't find anything about this. I eat meat two days a week (usually at lunch, sometimes a little sausage in the evening). I'm trying to cut down; I used to eat a lot more. How much meat do flexitarians eat? How much less do I have to eat to be considered one of them?…
