Mikrofon und Kamera kaputt (Laptop)?
Hallo Leute!
Was soll ich tun?
Try to find the appropriate drivers via the Vendor ID of the camera/micros. Instructions how to find out the Vendor ID
I’ll try.
For the microphone, see if level arrives before you find drivers and the problem may lie elsewhere.
Thank you. If I do not succeed, I will go to MediaMark/Saturn to repair it.
You now have the option to enter this in the Google search “mmdevapi audioendpoints driver windows 11” and then install one of the suggested Realtek drivers and see ifs then works. The other option would be to use software such as Driver Hub. I recommend that you can often negotiate third party software by wrong-clicking, but unfortunately find the right drivers relatively reliably.
No, Windows 11. I was just looking for updates. Everything is up to date.
Do you use Windows 10?
No
Did you make a Windows update lately?
Yes, I have a Medion Akoya notebook.
Ne has already got its correctness
What laptop do you have? Did you have selected hardware IDs in the dropdown menu? mM missing from “MMDEVAPI\AudioEndpoints” numbers
This came out with the microphone: MMDEVAPI\AudioEndpoints
The Vendor ID method also works with devices listed as “unknown” or “not identified” in the device manager, if your camera now has this status
Okay, I’m doing this with my microphone, because I’m afraid I’ve already deleted my camera driver because I followed another tutorial. I thought it was included in the Medion driver package.
You make right-click on your camera in the device manager > Properties>Details> Property [Hardware IDs] You may even find several entries in which the manufacturers and devices are ID of your camera. Using this data, you can search for your driver in the Internet
How do I do this with Vendor ID? I’ve seen a video there, but the drivers in the device manager he shows aren’t my drivers.
