Taking pain pills and getting to bed, sleeping is the best medicine in migraine. Sometimes caffeine (Cola) helps if you are more often sniffed or swallowed, the migraine can also come from the sinuses, as it often helps to eat horseradish (the hot one from the supermarket), which eats germs away and activates the immune system. Or Sushi with Wasabi, go too.

With me, it is fortunately rare the 3-day migraine that always starts at noon and gets stronger, usually when my immune system is fighting what. It only helps to inject immunity strengthrs and get to bed early.

Try to sleep and darken the room. Turn off sounds and put a bucket next to your bed.
