You have a serious illness, namely hypochondria. Hopefully, you’re already treating it therapeutically. Everything else would be irresponsible. That’s what makes your life clear.

“Magen gut” can be anything possible. Corona viruses also trigger diarrhea. The incubation time is longer than 12 hours. Several days are more likely. However, gastrointestinal infections are quickly going past. In contrast, a hypochondria is serious and will not cure by itself.

See how strange your question is? You ask for something rather harmless and mention the hammer only in brackets at the end. What’s going on?

Most gastrointestinal infections are lubricating infections. “Full” is not an argument. It would hardly be a bad infection.

Have you ever talked to someone who has a non-curable disease? Cancer in the final stage or the like? I can’t imagine what’s happening in someone suffering from hypochondria.

The stomach and intestine are important organs.
