Mental problems illness?

I have an illness that changes my appearance, resulting in permanently red cheeks. I'm struggling with it mentally and find myself in a spiral where I constantly ask myself "why me." I'm also worried that the illness won't go away for me, since it's not 100% certain that it will go away for everyone. Does anyone have any tips on how I can cope with the illness and stop constantly comparing myself to others?

There are countless causes for reddened skin on the face. Starting from diseases such as neurodermatitis, to drugs. A dermatologist can handle your problems using modern medicine. The prospects for success are very good.

You can try to deal with it in the meantime. You need to gain more self-confidence and be aware that others have much worse health problems. A conversation with friends can be as helpful as a change of thought. So focus on your strengths. Many people only think of their weaknesses and forget what positive qualities they have.

Hello Felix NachbaurπŸ‘‹πŸ»

I can understand that, honestly, I have rosacea and when they blossom, I sometimes feel uncomfortable.

Then it helps me do something good, something that I like to eat, something that I like to do, just so I'm not busy having to worry about my appearance and that I feel uncomfortable, especially since I can only wait until the cream works.

Did you get drugs or ointments, such things? It also helps you to deal with care calmly ask which substances are beneficial and which you should avoid, in pharmacies there are also sample packages, from the doctor in particular you get them sometimes, so you can test.

Otherwise, I also try to steer the view somewhere else, I then do, for example My favorite hairstyle, dare in which I feel the most comfortable, but also conversations can do well, my health insurance eg Specially offers help for people with skin diseases, you can talk about their uncertainties and get advice.

In addition, there may also be clubs or forums where you get information, you can talk to like-minded people.

I'm happy to push the thumbs and I'm confident that you can go through it, that's a good plan you have and since you have a good motivation, you'll go through it.

I can't tell you that. But green is the complimentary color too red, so it neutralizes obtuse. Maybe you let yourself be professionally advised or try some products like Concealer with green engraving?
