Mental health problems after amlodipine?

I took amlodipine about a week ago and shortly thereafter, I experienced severe side effects like anxiety and inner restlessness. After stopping the medication, as advised by my doctor, my body began to gradually reactivate. It was as if the pills had put my mind into a kind of coma. My senses, my sensitivity to pain, I mean, everything is gradually returning. Day by day, it's getting better, but I'll never stop taking these pills. I've been feeling terrible ever since. 😫 Does anyone experience this? And what do you call it?
