The menstrual cycle is a natural process that regulates the female reproductive cycle. It usually takes about 28 days, but can also vary between 21 and 35 days. The cycle is controlled by hormones produced by the ovaries and the brain.
The menstruation cycle begins with the first day of menstruation bleeding, which is triggered by the repulsion of the cervical mucosa (endometrium), which has built up in the previous cycle phase. During this phase, called the menstruation phase, the ovaries produce only small amounts of estrogen and progesterone.
In the following phase, the follicle phase, the ovaries begin to develop ova in the ovaries (follicles) under the influence of hormones that are extracted from the brain. During this phase, the ovaries produce estrogen that promotes the growth of the cervical mucosa.
When an eibbean has developed and has come to maturity, it is released in the middle of the cycle by the ovulation. The ovulation occurs when the ovine bursts and releases the egg. The egg is then transported through the egg guides into the uterus.
In the luteal phase, the ovaries produce progesterone to prepare the cervical mucosa for the implantation of a fertilized egg. If the egg is not fertilized, the hormone level goes back and the endometrium is pushed away, which leads to menstruation bleeding.
This cycle is repeated every month as long as a woman is not pregnant. The menstrual cycle is an important process for the reproduction and maintenance of the health of a woman’s reproductive system.
It is a very complex process. I’d like to take a biology book to my mind.
