Mystruation cup or, if the bleeding is very weak, nothing at all and then simply a somewhat older slip that is not necessarily white.

Nothing more.
I always use an older black brief in the two days when I weakly blood. This is more than enough

I use a menstruation cup and as a drip protection if I should run out, then menstruation underwear from Innersy.
