Torn meniscus or something else?
Hello, I'm 16 years old and (this sounds extremely retarded, okay?) I wanted to crack my back when I was sitting on a chair. I then slid all the way down. After that, my right leg seemed to be thrown forward and although I was able to stand up, walking was difficult for me. After a while, I was able to walk again. This was about 3 months ago and now my knee only hurts when I stretch it or bend my leg against my thigh. This usually happens after sports and now I wanted to see the doctor, but I'm a bit worried. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Hello, you absolutely don’t need to be afraid. Think what would be worse, either you go to the doctor find the reason for the pain or you don’t go to the doctor and the situation with your knee becomes more and more critical.
Let’s explain the cause of pain in a doctor, pain doesn’t come without reason. The doctor will probably have an X-ray or MRI. After the doctor’s visit, you don’t have to remember and know the cause.
I know the fear of procrastinating the long-due doctor’s visit because you think something bad could have happened. But that’s why it’s important to go, because the faster something is detected, the faster it can be treated.
Good luck with the doctor.
