Meningocococcus vaccination protects against some pathogens of bacterial cerebral inflammation, but not from all. It makes sense to reduce the risk of this life-threatening infection. The vaccination reactions or side effects to be expected are low.

I would make any vaccination that exists

and I don’t take them
to make it more necessary

You just need it if you want to go to Mecca, it’s a rule.
At a disease rate of 700 cases per year it is not really necessary. See Robert Koch Institute.
