I’ve got chronic asthma and I’ve been through it for two years, had no problems with it.

But, every body reacts differently. Maybe I’d ask a family doctor first, and then try.

They say no. But that was already said with other means. – I’ll just take it if I really can’t sleep. Otherwise, valerian and melis or lavender are better if you only need tranquilizers.

I’d like to look at the package leaflet on possible interactions. If you have asthma, I’m sure you’ll have a drug/spray, and I’ll take a look at the package leaflet.

And if that doesn’t make any clarity, ask your doctor.
