How could you prove anything without DNA or cameras? If you murdered all the witnesses after stealing everything, there was nothing left to prove you were the perpetrator. Or am I wrong?
The same problem as on the streets we have in the air. In addition, this does not sound environmentally friendly and is extremely expensive. You better improve and expand the Öffis. That would make sense.

As a science fiction fan, I find these things really technically great, but in view of the energy requirement for it, these parts are already outdated (obsolet) before they are even standard.
