If sleep disorders occur, negative factors should generally be eliminated.

This should go to bed like in children.

1.5 hours before going to sleep should avoid the use of Internet and crimp pathogens. Internet, Hdy, and TV should be kept out of the bedroom.

Before going to bed, everything has cleared up and head clear.

Can’t sleep for more than 20 minutes, get up and do something until you get tired.

If drugs do not achieve the desired effect, they should be sneaked under medical supervision.

With regard to the psychosocial component, Pipamperon could possibly help. This drug has a quite high damping effect

I personally find that drugs are not always the solution. I wouldn’t take Trazodon. From a certain point, the body no longer jumps properly on the media, because of habit and also it hurts the stomach skins etc. Try to power over the day, if possible or make some relaxing before bed.

Trazodon I got against sleeping problems, escitalopram to boost my drive (which doesn’t bring anything), Aripiprazole I got first (paranoid schizophrenia)

if the escitalopram does not help, then it should perhaps be put down

talk to your doctor about it

No one here will be able to answer this seriously.

A brief research shows me that all three drugs are not smarties, but are used for serious psychiatric issues.

If you are really worried, then another specialist is the one who should give a second opinion and not any lay people at GF who may ruin months or years of your life with a bad advice.

Try it out maybe it helps. I also think that it is important to find the cause and not just take medication. To get tired helps to move out a lot, a quick walk or go swimming, in the evening only tea without sugar and generally little food containing sugar.

Whatever you’ve been trying out and how long it’s been worth nothing. But medicaments and above all 3 should be the all letze solution

The combination can be useful in your case, it depends on which diseases and symptoms are present with you. In the psychiatry, multimedication is unfortunately often necessary. For more details please clarify with your psychiatrist, he can tell you exactly what the medication is for and whether you can also leave a drug away in the case of an energetic preference.
