You have to check. I mean, what do you expect here? we have neither your app nor your lamps before the nase.

when problems always occur after the series pass

  • over the device
  • about the alexa app
  • about the philips-app

then can say whether it is a problem with the communication (group, name, voice), with which communication is too big or with the device itself.
