My mom is always putting me down with food?

She's always nagging me that I should eat with them and that it's supposedly starting again, that I hardly eat anything, etc. but I don't want to eat the food that they eat, they always eat everything with a lot of calories and I do sports, I can't eat that, what can I do to get them to finally leave me alone?

The body needs calories and you have an eating disorder.

What do you understand under “Many calories” if you ask in another question whether

enough for a whole day of food?

Also your other questions regarding Abductiveness, your disgusting sensation graciously to your body and the fact that you could cry if you “ate too much” clearly show that you have an eating disorder.

You belong in therapy and your mother is too worried about your health, even if you can’t recognize it thanks to the eating disorder.

… spoke the eating disorder.

The problem of eating disorders is that most people who are disturbed simply do not want to perceive it and believe their behaviour would be normal (that is, for practically ALL mental illnesses). Therefore they do not realize that the care of friends and family members is justified by VÖLLIG.

You have asked numerous questions in the past, where even a layman can clearly dissipate that you have a sick relationship with your weight and your diet – so you don’t even have to be a specialist to get that, so it’s clear in your case.

But since you live in your own world and perceive yourself distorted, you consistently believe that all others are exaggerating in your environment.

No, and you don’t have to be patty either. The best thing you can do is talk to your parents about everything that is pressing you so that you can get help together.

Once you’re healthy again, you won’t break your head over calories. At least not so bad that you could cry.

everything with a lot of calories and I do sports, I can’t eat it then

But, as an athlete, you need calories.

Meckern do not promote the pleasure of eating – rather the opposite is the case.

As much as your mother wants you to eat: she should set her cup and you should call her the reason why you are so afraid of calories.

Well possible that you as a family need professional support.
An eating disorder is a symptom of psychological problems, in which many other people are involved.

Just when you do sports you need something to eat

You’ll be taking off

And you are already underweight

you wrote that on another question:

Is that enough for all day?

a bowl of noodle soup & 250g magerquark with frozen fruits and between by hungry spice cucumbers.

are you overweight that a diet would be necessary?

or are you mad?

You can just eat WENIGER. And sports without food aren’t long.
