Hey des war bei mir auch so. Welches Modell hast du? Also ich habe sie erstmal gereinigt und jetzt zum JBL Support geschickt, da ich noch Garantie darauf habe. Check mal ab ob du das auch machen kannst. Ich habe es deutlich gehört als ich die Funktion “finde meine Kopfhörer” in der JBL App ausprobiert habe. Hoffe ich konnte helfen.
