My dog is in pain?

My dog (German Shepherd) is now ten years old and has recently been experiencing extreme pain in her left hind leg and hip because a small dog hurt her there/injured her so badly.
She just won't stop limping. We've already been to the vet. There's nothing he can do except wait and see, and I'm so terrified that if the pain doesn't go away, I'll lose her, because then we'd have to put her down.
I simply couldn't handle the loss of my dog, especially since I've experienced similar losses several times before. I just wanted to ask how you might have dealt with the loss of your pet, or how you might be dealing with it, since I didn't know what I would do.

Does she get drugs or does she do any other kind of therapy?
10 years is a good age for a shepherd. Earlier or later, the time will come when you have to make a decision.
She gets something for her hip and just for her left hind leg but does not make any therapy
What’s wrong with the leg? Through physio or acupuncture you can support well. Go to another TA in doubt and get a second opinion.
I’d change the vet. Humpeln is not necessarily an exotic disease now.
So exactly we know what really is because the veterinarian simply doesn’t give us a proper diagnosis, but she’s humbling extremely strong.
Then please go to a clinic with the dog and make a reasonable diagnosis.
I can’t imagine that a veterinarian in an animal has just said “wait” Did the dog get at least anti-inflammatory/painting agents?

We didn’t let ourselves be wiped out, we tried several times that the veterinarian made a proper diagnosis just he doesn’t.

Your opinion is your opinion I have absolutely no intention of giving them, especially because they absolutely do not trust other people because we had to have them out of third hand and save them. I’m sure I won’t trust anyone else!
