One of my eyelids is always lower than the other. It looks pretty unsightly, and I'd like to do something about it. It gets worse when I'm tired. What's it called, and what can I do about it?

I've had red, itchy eyes ever since the summer, and it's gotten so bad that I keep getting conjunctivitis, and I've had to take cortisone drops and antibiotics. Regular allergy drops don't help, though. How can I prevent it? Antibiotics don't always work.
Nothing. Almost nobody has identical eyes. Look at unprocessed photos from other people, that’s completely normal.
So what? That’s how you are and should accept yourself.
I’d say you’re just human and not a robot and not perfect and I wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t said it and I would just say you accept as you are because there are people who have quite different problems, e.g. scar across the face.
Okay, make a nice evening it a nice order a pizza or watch a nice movie or listen to music or go to bed but please don’t make it on your flawless face because of such a little thing.
