Calculatively correct, practically barely attainable.

I would not go out from much more than 42-48 MB/sec.

Hello

The external hard drive is a USB 2.0 Mini (probably type B) port. The theoretical data rates are up to 480Mbit/s or 60MByte/s possible.

However, as it is very likely a 2.5″ hard drive, which usually only runs at 4500U/min, you can be happy when it reaches 40MB/s.

USB-B 2.0, maximum would be 60MB/s, with overhead more 40-50MB/s. With very many small files significantly less
