My 12 year old sister (/daughter) smokes?
My 12-year-old sister "secretly" steals my parents' cigarettes and smokes them. We all know this in the house, but she keeps denying it. Every few weeks, I find cigarette butts, not because I sniff them, but simply because I smell them in the trash, and of course, I don't just leave them there.
My parents don't know what to do anymore. They've already locked away her cigarettes, but somehow she keeps getting some (from my parents!)
I always say they should ground her because I'm pretty sure she's just doing it to feel cool.
We've spoken to her many times, withdrawn her Wi-Fi, banned her from using her Playstation, etc.
I'm asking for advice from parents or people in general who have had experience with this kind of thing.

In my opinion, it is best to ignore the smoking of your sister.
I just assume that there is a provocation and the more it is made on the subject, the more it is confirmed in its provocation.
I’d take her all away. And tend to follow beautiful power point from the most disgusting photos and videos of smoke that you can watch.
