did a restart help? You sure you checked the wiring in parallel?

If the restart hasn’t helped yet, take the router from the power for 10 minutes. It is then ensured that the router establishes a new connection.

If this does not help, please use our Online diagnosis in disorders, you can also call them via the mobile network.

Wait. If it doesn’t run after 10 minutes, the connection is probably disturbed.
You can’t look at the internet. If necessary, call Deutsche Telekom post office.
