Mein Pc “Grafikkarte” irgend was ist hier komisch?
Ich habe ein merkwürdiges Problem ich habe mir vor 2 Wochen einen neuen PC geholt mit
Grafikkarte = RX 7800XT
DDR5 32GB
AMD RYZEN 7 7700X
….
Der PC funktioniert ansich ganz super aber manchmal wenn ich ein spiel spiele geht die Grafikkarte “aus” also die LEDs sind noch an aber die lüfter der karte drehen sich nicht mehr. Das spiel kommt nicht mehr auf die FPS die ich hatte sondern liegen zwischen 0-2 FPS. Und wenn ich das Spiel aus mache ist der Rest ( der Bildschirm/Pc ) trotzdem so langsam so als würde der PC mit 2 FPS laufen. Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll ich starte bis her immer neu und es passiert nur manchmal aber vorhin passierte es 3 mal und es nervt…..

Newly bought and already problems. I know. I used to have a few years ago. Two weeks I had the brand-new gaming PC and then my graphics card packed around. After a bit of testing, the company contacted and reported the error. They then sent me to a repair company that I contacted. They offered me to send a new graphics card to me and I exchange it myself or that I send it to them, of course, at their expense and then exchange it with the graphics card. I then sent them the computer, and I had lifted all the packaging materials. Five days later, the computer came back from the repair with the repair log that the graphics card had been broken and replaced. Then they had also updated my motherboard BIOS/UEFI and see there, the computer has been running perfectly for over six years.
Will say, do it the same and let people repair your new computer.
