My newly purchased games are stuck, what should I do?!?

Hello! I recently bought two games from Epic Games and Steam, but the problem is that when I try to play them, they stutter and don't run smoothly.

I ask for help

I ask for help

For this, you must call the games and especially your hardware. For example, you can get the latter via HWInfo if you don’t know them.

It can simply be that your computer is too bad for it. It may help reduce resolution and graphics settings

Ark (see in the comment) needs certain hardware.

Using the downloadable “Speccy” tool, you can easily find out which processor, how much and how fast memory and what graphics card you have.

We can’t answer you before.

Context missing:

What games?

What hardware?

What Windows?

Then load zB CPU-Z and install it and give us CPU, GPU and RAM size

Furthermore, in the Win settings at System, check which build of Win10 is installed

If we don’t know what’s in your pc, we can’t help you either, your pc can’t grab the games.

hardware would be important to know. Otherwise you can just screw down settings
