My dear, how do you listen to books on the radio?

The question explores the imagination of someone who may not be familiar with modern technology. It reflects a time when radio was a primary source of information and books were available exclusively in print.

There’s something like audiobooks. The spoken text is usually spoken with a speaker/in live on the radio. So I know it that way. The printed books are nix more than data. So, analogy then. In the digital age you can digitize all books and media etc.

You mean something like that? It disappeared from the media landscape today.
