My phone has water damage and there are strange colors on the phone IPhone 11?

Hello, my phone was water damaged but since then my display has been weird. The colors are similar to the negative filter. I have had my phone off for 2 days and tried everything in the settings but it doesn't work. I can use it normally but the display is weird. I've had this problem before but the first time it went away after a day. Do you have any tips on how to get it working again?
