Mehrkilometer die Händler gefahren hat auszahlen lassen?
Hallo,
You have a contract with the leasing company and not with the dealer or workshop.
An annual car has a guarantee. You could ask for them at any contract workshop. You don’t have to drive 600 KM.
If it was a legal guarantee, the workshop would have to pick up the car with a hanger and not on its own wheels. So you can only deal with the workshop as these 1,200 KM are to be paid. You should have done that before and not after.
The leasing company has nothing to do with these 1,200 KM. Nor will it be useful if the workshop of the LG informs that they were driving with it.
This is your disadvantage if you don’t buy a car within 100 KM.
You can, of course, pay off at the end of the contract “Weniger-Km” at the Kilomter leasing, but no “multi-Km”!?
More details are in the leasing contract…
I didn’t drive those kilometers myself. He drove it. Can’t I choose if he’s refunding it or not buying it?
Whoever drives the KM doesn’t care about the leasing company.
You have completed the reading contract with your leasing provider and not with your workshop – for example, he could offer you a free inspection as compensation!?
The lease contract just started 4 weeks ago.
:((()
as he said, he drove me 1200 km to my car, which is not my fault.
the workshop is from the dealer. And the dealer and the workshop are 600 km away from me
You can’t pay KM for this ride. You can only talk to the workshop about why they got on the axle and not on hangers.
