The simplest and safest against mistakes would be a good SATA SSD

and here + Cable

You just have to plug them into SATA Port and from the power supply a power cable, you can’t do much wrong.

This is the Mercedes among the SATA SSDs with which you do nothing wrong. What’s your motherboard? Maybe “we” could be an NVME m2. SSD on it, too.

Oh sometimes you don’t see the forest in front of lousy trees, wish you a pleasant evening and thank you for the star.

Is readable with HW Info here the Portable (unused to install) version -> https://sourceforge.net/projects/hwinfo/files/Windows_Portable/hwi_814.zip/download

Mainboard = motherboard

then let’s see if you have a m2 connection, you could possibly take a completely different solution that you just need to screw on the board.

Plug-in card solutions would also be conceivable, etc.

It’s not that easy.

There are different hard drives that you need to decide for.

There are HDD, SSD and NVMe. HDD usually has more memory for this, SSD and NVMe are faster.

As a main hard drive, if your motherboard has a connection, I would recommend an NVMe because these are the fastest. Another SSD.

For more hard drives, I would recommend SSD or HDD for data/programs that you do not use much.

All hard drives must be connected to the motherboard. The NVMe is a small card that comes directly to the motherboard, or can be connected via an extra PCIe card.

HDD and SSD require a power cable and data cable.

If you want to upgrade from the current hard drive to the new one, you will need it 1:1 to the new clones. Others if you install Windows/Linux/ect on your new hard drive and do not borrow or take your data.

Samsung is very popular as a hard drive. But there are also Kingston and more that are good.

PS: Would advise you to get an expert to your side who does it with you or for you. If your data is gone, don’t think so beautiful, do you?

…but I barely know the stuff.

which I can install internally?

Does something contradictory sound like asking “I don’t know myself by car, but need oil for your own oil change, what can you recommend?”

For this, you should know what connection the hard disk has. SAMSUNG is usually the most common brand in this area.

No, it won’t help.
If you can’t change oil in the transferred sense, an image from the oil outlet will not help. 😉

In general, it is not a big challenge for someone with corresponding technical know-how to transfer your system from a 222 GByte HDD to a (here recommended) 1 TByte-SSD.

However, if people do that with no know-how, this can also end up in total data loss – and I suspect that here the least time and pleasure have to create an illustrated and unmistakable guide. 😉

That’s what I mean. One would write the WOLF out and probably (at more than 80% of the questioners) would not get a written DANKE.

Okay, keep your hat and that’s it… 😉

Can someone please me a current good storage condition

For that, you should know what kind of Memory condition even fit into your PC.

Best with Tutorial

Anything else? You can find for as well as all instructions online. However, I generally advise to talk about what it is.
