I’m just having a nice shower. When I finish the shower, I rinse my legs and arms with cold water.

Here are some tips:

  • Cold shower
  • Make sports and stretch
  • To take healthy food (simple nutrition)
  • Take fresh air
  • Drinking sufficient water
  • To sleep

Sleep enough, at least 8 hours each night

Healthy nutrition and sufficient fluid supply.

and if that’s useful, let the doctor make a blood picture (iron…)
