Mega Motion. Hoverboard beeps constantly. Can't be turned off?
Hello. Our hoverboard from Mega Motion was only used twice. After a small fall, it started beeping constantly.
It wouldn't recalibrate or turn off. We let it beep until the battery drained. It took three nerve-wracking days until it was empty and could no longer beep. Now we wanted to recharge it and try again. As soon as the device has power, it beeps nonstop again.
The on and off button isn't stuck. It's easy to use. But nothing happens. It can't be turned off, and therefore recalibrated.
Does anyone have experience with this or a tip? Unfortunately, the manufacturer only offered: wait, let it run empty, and then restart. Maybe I'm making a mistake?

Don’t worry. If you still don’t, you’ll have to visit a workshop. Have read that a continuous tone occurs when charging under 20%.
