You have a chance to get the first semester when you first study in an EU country and secondly the medical study there is comparable to the German study. As a third and serious problem, it is necessary to mention the limitation of admission in German medical studies in all higher semesters. Only if places are free in the respective 2nd semester (e.g. through student termination) and you can be selected among the many competitors, there is a chance of admission. Since this is all very questionable, you should consider whether you would be willing and able to study at the university in an EU country until the end.

Thinking would be possible to give lectures, internships, exercises and seminars if they are similar to content and scope. It might be better if you’re still in the first semesters.

I could study the first semester abroad and then the remaining semester in Germany goes

Theoretically yes, practically difficult. Why do you think that in the 2nd semester suddenly places are released that did not exist before?

Apart from that, the study plans are of course not uniform internationally, one does not study abroad according to necessarily German semester scheme.

Not even in Germany there is a uniform course of the individual semesters. Some universities start with anatomy in the 1st. Semester, others make the module in the 3rd
