Hey, I received a used Medion 83166 as a gift. It had been sitting unused in the cupboard for quite some time. I plugged it in. It beeped briefly and then the message "no batteries" appeared. But they were inside. I took them out and put them back in. Same error message. Does anyone know if this message is coming because the batteries are completely dead? Or are they dead?
