Nehme das jetzt seit einer Weile

Habe mit 5mg Retard adult angefangen und musste teils 2-3 nehmen und eine sinnvolle Wirkung zu erreichen.

Jetzt nehme ich 2 mal 10mg Retard am Tag und es hilft mir PERSÖNLICH wirklich immens im Alltag und mit vielem anderen auch (Overthinking und Depression tatsächlich auch)

Einziges Kontra, habe keinen Hunger mehr.

Aber da muss natürlich jeder sein eigenes Medikament finden.

Manche kommen Super mit medikinet klar, andere mit Ritalin und wieder andere mit Elvanse und Co
