Don't take medication?

I have a mental illness and have been taking aripiprazole since 2018. A few days ago, I was prescribed another medication, sertraline. Today I took half a tablet for the first time. I've just read the package insert, and I'm absolutely shocked by all the side effects it contains. Another family member also advises me against taking the medication and gaining weight. I can still easily stop taking it, as I only started today. The side effects are really severe. I'd rather stay unmotivated. Or what would you do if you had to choose? I'll continue taking aripiprazole, though.

Would try. If you notice any side effects, you can still drop it. It’ll be hard only after several months.

And Aripiprazole should have better side effects? Anti-psychotics such as aripiprazole can have strong side effects, under certain circumstances which continue to exist even after the drug has been put off and are not treatable (spindyskinesia)

If you take such medicines you have to buy something like that.

You know that side effects will decay again within the first days.

And Sertralin is one of the best to use drugs. All package leaflets of medicines read like true death books. Or do you think your Aripiprazole is harmless? Did you read it?

The side effects disappear again. And what’s in there is a KANN, not a MUSS. For example, I had no side effects.

Yeah, right. But you’ll be regularly examined for this and that’s in almost all medicines.

I’m just taking a nasal spray in tablet form and there’s “seal loss and blindness, seizures” and something.

And frequent side effects in sertralin are more stomach-intestinal problems. Tumor is guaranteed to be “very rare”. If anything.
