Mediamarkt 100€ abgezogen bei Rückgabe im Laden?
Mein Mann hat mir gestern eine Apple Watch 9 Gold gekauft ich habe die Uhr ausgepackt, aber noch nicht in Betrieb genommen, weil ich dann gemerkt habe es ist die falsche Uhr. Ich wollte die GPS+Cell. Uhr haben. Heute sind wir zu Mediamarkt und wollten diese Uhr zurück geben und haben die neue Uhr bestellt.
MediaMarkt hat uns aber 100€ abgezogen, weil die Verpackung geöffnet war ist das erlaubt? Ich kann nichts auf deren Homepage finden wo steht, dass es normal ist pauschal 100€ abzuziehen. Die Uhr wurde nicht eingeschaltet, sie ist noch mit schutzfolie und nach nicht mal 24h wurde sie umgetauscht.
weiss jemand zufällig ob es so richtig ist oder nicht?
