Media-free activities after work, especially when the weather is bad?

Good Morning,

Since I've noticed that I spend almost every evening on my cell phone, PC or TV, even though I sit at the PC all day at work, I'd like to have two media-free days a week.

I'm a bit short on ideas about what to do, especially when the weather is bad.

So far, all I've thought of is cooking and reading a book. Do you have any ideas for me?

You could do some craftsmanship.

Painting by numbers for adults, sticking these adhesive glitter stones and painting things with clay/ceramic (no matter whether mini potter set or finished things) seem to be trendy, at least I get a lot of advertising from social media.

Also classics such as (depending on place) larger or smaller woodwork or even knitting, cocking, sewing etc. are possible. Who knows, maybe you can make that one or other Christmas present yourself if that's for you and the recipients.

If dry or in light rain you can also take a cozy walk, simply warm up, umbrella and/or good rain jacket and go. It also goes with stronger rain, but then it is often less fun.

Or simply amplified meeting with others, if they have time and just sit together and talk, or what to do outside, for example, in a museum.

If you know people, I find social games very cozy. Maybe also what for you (but sometimes hard to find people)?

Set models or puzzle together. If there's one.

Otherwise handmade from knit to carving.

Hobbies such as aquariums or terrariums.
