That’s what people have done. However, even if everyone would do that, it would be advisable. It’s a bit risky. The Drugscouts warn:

Speed reduces the “typical” ecstasy effect. This can result in a faster depositing and thus an overdose with MDMA. The stimulating effect of both substances remains, which leads to a strong stress on the cardiovascular system. Overheating is possible.

If the speed is not completely metabolized, you can be sure that it has an adverse effect on the MDMA effect unfolding.

I didn’t, but it’s a stupid idea.

Loads the circuit strongly and the “magic” of the MDMA is lost.
