Just a note: the shake/ice cream machine is programmed to switch to the so-called pasteurization process at 4 a.m. at the latest. This means that the mix for the ice cream and shake is heated to 80°C to kill any bacteria that may be present. (This is also done with commercially available long-life milk before packaging.) And since it is well known that not much ice cream and shakes are sold at night, this happens at night. You don't want to get the stink from the ice cream, do you? So don't be sad, there will be ice cream and shakes again from 7 a.m.
This process cannot and must not be stopped!!!
