Mc smart menu burger at McDonald's…?

I have a question. I was recently at McDonald's with friends and I wanted to get an MC Smart meal. I think everyone knows what it is: two chicken burgers or cheeseburgers, a fries, and a drink…. But I didn't get it after all because I had these questions, and for the next time I go to McDonald's, I'd like to know:
So now I have three normal questions and one important question:
1. How big is the drink I'm getting? 0.4 liters, 0.5 liters, or something else?
2. Do I get a small, medium or large fry?
3. Does the MC Smart menu include chicken nuggets?
The MOST IMPORTANT question:
4. As far as I know, you can have either two cheeseburgers or two chicken burgers, but is there also a way to get a chicken burger and a cheeseburger?
