Maus entlaufen?
Gestern morgen ist meinem Freund eine unserer Farbmäuse entlaufen. Ich war auf der Arbeit als dies geschah. Die Mäuse sind noch recht scheu, da wir sie erst seit einigen Tagen haben. Die Fangversuche blieben erfolglos.
Nachmittags verließ er die Wohnung dann und seitdem wurde die Maus nicht mehr gesehen. Ich kam erst abends wieder zurück von der Arbeit. Türen und Fenster waren häufig und lange offen, außerdem liegen alte Chipstüten auf dem Boden und auch viele Kabel, weswegen ich mir sehr Sorgen um das Wohlergehen der kleinen mache. Es gibt keine Hinweise, wo sie sein könnte und ich hatte auch nochmals die Wohnung durchsucht.
Was kann ich tun, um sie (am besten gesund und unverletzt) zu finden und zu ihren Freunden in den Käfig zurück zu bringen? Es handelt sich übrigens um die linke vom Foto, ihr Name ist Mori.

Try it with a live trap, better several more. These are small boxes. Put some mice food or a leaky bite in and on the floor at different places. I would recommend to suck thoroughly beforehand so that no crumbs are lying around. With a little luck, she’ll be hungry and run in. When the door is snapped, nothing happens to her. It can also be that she’s been out of line long ago. I once saw a mouse on the roof 🤣
You have to put a deep enough bowl on a ladder and give it up and into the hay-padded bowl also strongly smelling foods (e.g. cheese) that should work!
That’s a good question, I had a similar situation too. You could put food with a strong smell in the apartment, cheese, a fig has already tried it with smoked sausage. When the mouse gets hungry, it feels attracted and you can catch it.
If it doesn’t work, you can only show life traps.
