Mattress incorrect information?
So I'll tell you what my problem is. About 9 months ago I bought a box spring bed with a mattress. It was supposed to be an orthopedic mattress with a spring core, with an H3 rating. The problem is that after just one week we immediately emphasized several times that we have severe back pain because it is rock hard. The sales person said that this is normal. We should turn the mattress over every four weeks and that the body needs six months to get used to it, so it is normal. We kept saying that the pain would get worse. He pointed out that you should wait until it gets used to it, and now after 8-9 months the mattress has cracks, so it is bursting. Now we come to the problem. The boss says it is our fault for the cracks because we didn't use a mattress protector and that there is no warranty because it is a wear and tear device. Then we read a few reviews and several customers reported that these are not orthopedic mattresses but mattresses from Turkey. My question is what can I do now? I should go straight to a lawyer. go to or what kind of lawyer or whether there are experts who check such things
the dealer's statement is total bullshit
the mattress was too hard from the beginning
poor quality
this may not happen after 8-9 months of normal use
how it looks legal, I don't know
Hmm okay thanks for the info
