Math help, can't get any further?

I just don't know how to proceed. I've already calculated the individual angles and the height, but I can't get any further. Can someone help me or at least offer a starting point? I need to calculate the area of the red triangle.

Angle β by means of cosine, i.e. cos(β)=44 / 73

h by means of sine, i.e. sin(β)=h / 73

a = side length square

a by means of radiation set: (h – a) / (a / 2) = h / 44

c = basic side red triangle

a / c = tan(β)

A = a * c * (1 / 2)

The area of the red triangle is 377 mm2, i.e. 37.7 cm to the square.
