Marylandbrücke/Adhäsivbrücke- Zahnersatzt wackelt?
Hey, ich frage erstmal hier nach einem Rat bzw würde mal eure Überlegung/Meinung dazu anschauen.
Ich habe seit September ’22 im Oberkiefer Frotzahnbereich zwei Marylandbrücken mit je 2Flügeln angeklebt bekommen. Die Marylandbrücken/Adhäsivbrücken sind vollkeramisch und das ganze hat mich um die 3-4tausend Euro gekostet, bzw. meine Eltern.
Ich habe wirklich immer Acht drauf gegeben, wie ich was esse und vorallem ob das ûberhaupt weich ist. Da es die oberen Frotzähne betrifft, bin ich an die voll vorsichtig rangegangen. ich habe jedoch gemerkt, dass die beiden jetzt anfangen leicht zu wackeln. Ich krieg langsam Angst.. dass sie eines Tages rausfallen…
Ich war heute beim Kieferorthopäden und konnte dad Problem nicht ansprechen, weil sie dafür nicht zuständig sind. Insgesamt hab ich deswegen 3 Zahnärzte leider. Aufjedenfall wurde ein Abdruck gemacht für deren Archiv.. ich hatte bedenken, dass die Brücken das nicht aushalten.
Die Frage ist jetzt: Was würdet ihr an der Stelle machen?
Kann man den minimal gelösten Kleber wieder so fixieren, dass sie nicht mehr wackeln? Oder müsste man nochmal neue Zähne anfertigen lassen? Außerdem hab ich doch zwei Jahre Garantie? Wie funktioniert das, hat jemand erfahrung? :/
Ich hab halt extrem Angst davor, 1. es ist eine menge Geld und 2. es betrifft obere Frotzähne (Zahn 12 & 22) an die ich halt angewiesen bin.

I’m afraid that’ll happen more often at Marylandbrücken. Normally, you shouldn’t have to be careful with these adhesive bridges when eating. This is not the meaning of a bridge either with this kind of bridge.
Yes, if the bridges are completely detached, you can re-stick them as well as repeatedly. Nothing has to be reconfigured.
Go to your ZA on Monday and reglue the bridges.
Maybe you should think – long-term – about whether in your case you don’t get better with 2 implants.
The implants would only be a possibility when I get older (at 16). However, you also hear a number of disadvantages in the implants. Nevertheless, thank you for helping me! 🙂
Very happy – Because of possibly. Implants, if you’re a bit older, I would be advised by a jaw surgeon (possibly with a second opinion). Implants can be kept for many, many years – always provided that they are well maintained and regularly controlled. Longer than a bridge and as a Maryland anyway. They are also cosmetic. But there you have a little time.

Yes it can actually be that the bridges are loose or become. Go to your ZA on Monday. If the bridge is not broken yet, it should be no problem to fix it with the adhesive again. If you feel that she’s loosening or falling out, call tomorrow at the dental emergency service. But it may be that they will fix it privately.
