Manually forward individual calls from mobile to landline?
Hello,
I work at a law firm, and my boss asked me to research whether it's possible to forward individual incoming calls on his cell phone (iPhone) to the law firm's landline phone at the touch of a button. His idea is that if he's busy and a client calls him on his cell phone, he can essentially forward the call to the law firm's landline phone.
I've already done some research online, but haven't found a comparable article or thread. I know that you can forward all calls using call forwarding, but he's only interested in specific calls, so that option wouldn't be available.
Thanks in advance for helpful answers! 🙂
Certainly, it’s a call redirect.
I hired that with me, that the call redirection should be carried out at occupied.
Meaning if someone calls me that I don’t have a bock, or where I don’t have time, I’ll press “Reject Call” and then the call will be redirected.
Thank you. Did you set this up on an iPhone? Because if I turn on the call redirection in the settings, all calls will be forwarded, so they don’t get to the phone first, or am I wrong?
Not on an iPhone, but on an Android smartphone.
But will certainly give a similar setting on an iPhone.
