If the values do not match that a doctor has to decide… even you notice the period of hair and nails that will get worse or fall out when the body is missing… yet earlier you notice in everyday life that sleep will be bad, little energy & strength

If you mean “thin” underweight – yes.

Underweight usually results from a reduced food intake -> the body lacks overall food (by decreasing weight) -> there are also “total” deficiencies.

What this is noticeable (lightlessness, fatigue, restlessness, etc.) has been mentioned several times…

However, it can happen that after a long time these things will no longer be noticed in the underweight. In most cases, the “follows of the underweight” become aware only when one is in normal weight and everything can function “normally”.

As a layman, there is a malnutrition when the body has symptoms of deficiency. Things like hair loss, irregular period, dry skin, etc pp. The symptoms can be varied. Secure information gives a big blood count.

Yes I think it’s physically exhausting if you don’t have enough nutrition and it’s becoming dangerous to life.

If your body permanently lacks certain nutrients. If you regularly go to the doctor and this your blood will immediately notice if and what you lack.

Symptoms may have various causes, a medical examination is most secure.

If the reserves of vital micronutrients are used up.

4 days water drink e.g. tube of deficiency.

There is an optimal supply and a minimum supply.

But there are only few substances researched values, the rest are assumptions.

I don’t understand. Why does it depend on the genes or the DNA? Do you think malnutrition is inherited? That’s nonsense. If a person with malnutrition feeds healthy, never eats almost food, never drinks, never eats sweetness and takes on the values of WHO in nutrition, lots of fruits and different tastes and complex cereal products, nuts and seeds, there should be no shortage very quickly.

Why the DNA? It depends on the diet.

Depends on what you mean “thin”. Generally speaking, normal weight does not mean lack of nutrients.

You have it when something is missing in the body. This is not the case only because you are thin. However, if you are sickly thin, or you are wrongly nourished, the defect can cause.

It can only be determined by the doctor.

True, there is definitely enough thick that have deficiency symptoms, as they take too much fat and too little vitamins and minerals or simply feed on one side.

Anyone who eats only 6 kg Pommes every day is never slender but also has to be 100% malnutrition.
