Tonsillectomy but how?

Hello, I have a question. For two years, I've been suffering from tonsillitis and pharyngitis. Despite several antibiotics, I'm still not well. I've also been to the doctor (family doctor) several times. Please don't tell me I have to go to an ENT doctor. I've tried that several times, but unfortunately, many ENT doctors don't have appointments or aren't accepting new patients. Therefore, I've been to my family doctor several times with a fever of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). I would like to have my tonsils removed. However, I'm unsure whether this can only be decided by the ENT doctor or whether the family doctor can also make this decision. I would be very grateful if you could help me. Going directly to the hospital isn't an option for me either. Is it possible to have my tonsils removed at my own request?

Thank you for your support and comments.

You can also be transferred to the Mandelop Hospital.

DE seems to be a med. rage. I always wait to get an appointment from problems with the specialist.

My pediatrician wouldn’t do that. He’d just turn me over to the HNO.
