They say sport is healthy, is that really true?
Recently, I met a client at work who was using crutches; his legs were no longer usable. I asked him about it. He said he used to be a marathon runner, but exercise was ruining his joints. He was around 55, so to speak.
“Everyone does the dose…….”
Right! The dose makes the poison!
Muhammad Ali was also in a wheelchair and had Parkinson…. Is sports therefore generally unhealthy? No. There are, of course, always risks, etc., and the question is whether you run it as a hobby or performance sports…. Know from nursing and clubs but also many who would have to run around without sport with ridges or roller fans
I think professional sports is unhealthy.
Right, bingo.
Yeah, what’s wrong.
It’s up to everyone. Right at work. You can naturally give full gas etc and be promoted etc and sacrifice health and leisure, you have to decide for yourself….
You have one thing that you’re full of, you’re identified, you’re almost getting loorbes. And you should stop.
No, explain it
But, every professional was once very successful amateur, you know what problem is?
In a balanced measure, a lot can be healthy. You don’t have to overdo it either.
How to stop when you succeed?
Because then sport mord(ungesund)
