Mallorca/Ibiza – which regions to avoid?
Can anyone tell me where I can vacation on the islands in beautiful nature but away from all the party nonsense? I want to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature with three children and two adults. It would be nice to have other children around, of course, but not completely overcrowded hotels or anything like that. Does anyone have a secret tip?
And one more question: Is it advisable to rent a car? Is there anything to see that you could/should do with children (3-7 years old)?

Well, at the absolute main travel time, it is full on such completely tourist-designed islands.
Yes, car rental is highly recommended.
I know Mallorca well, as I lived there. I recommend accommodation in the interior of the island, either in the Pla de Mallorca or in the Tramuntana Mountains. A rental car is always recommended, but in July it is really hot there. This could be very exhausting for the children. I would also recommend accommodation with pool, the children will love it.
hey .. thanks for the infos 🙂 .. oh, mhhh, yes the temperature is such a thing.. I have considered alternative Greek/sardinia or so but that does it temperaturewise I think not much(?)
Why are they all so crowded?
with what temperatures do I have to calculate? I say so from 35 becomes promlematic even if pool is there:/
Sardinia shouldn’t be much better. On Greek islands you can expect more wind. The Ionian Islands are also not as hot as the islands in the Aegean Sea. Zakynthos or Paxos would be an option. Or if you want to have it very quiet, Mathraki.
The Mallorcan beaches in Majorca are full in July, yes. And above all there is little nature and no rest.
I don’t know myself so well in Ibiza
and, of course, it depends very much on what kind of holiday you are planning and what you want to spend on it

Car rental? yes, absolutely – look at the island first with Google – then you can think about where you want to go – the island is still worth seeing – you just need to know where!
